As a student, we will need your contact details, as well as those of your guarantor, in order to prepare the lease agreement, which we will then send to you by email for review. You will need to send it back signed by all parties or come to sign it directly at the agency. If you are a young professional, we will need proof of your financial stability.

The charge package covers water, heating, electricity, internet, home insurance (tenant's liability waiver), cleaning of common areas, and maintenance of installations and fire extinguishers.

In most of our buildings, we provide a shared laundry room equipped with washing machines and dryers for our tenants. The cost is €15 per person per month. If you prefer to install your own washing machine in your accommodation, we have no objection. However, an additional charge of €15 per person per month will be applied to cover the water and electricity consumption.
